Participation in training programs and continuous improvement **Job Description** Perform technical support activities including diagnosis, repair, component replacement, and maintenance of products operated by the company within your assigned area, utilizing knowledge, systems, and tools provided by the organization, with the objective of promptly restoring service and meeting required service levels. **Responsibilities and Duties:** Tactical/Operational: Carry out assigned support tasks from ticket management systems and back-office teams, using company-provided knowledge and tools to restore service during the first visit, avoiding repeat visits to ensure quality and achievement of agreed service levels. Technical Diagnosis and Component Replacement: Identify root causes of failures using technical expertise and company-provided tools; replace necessary components to restore service and promptly address customer needs. Activation: Perform new service activation by inspecting installation quality, enabling equipment, conducting tests, and taking actions to ensure proper operation of the product, infrastructure, and other devices at the site. Maintenance: After service activation, perform maintenance, conservation, and repair of associated equipment and infrastructure through diagnosis, defect removal, consumable replenishment, and replacement of consumables. Conduct tests to ensure correct operation of maintained elements. Repair or replace defective intra- and extracabinet components identified via technical expertise. Inspection, Conservation, and Cleaning: Inspect, clean, and maintain equipment and other devices at the site in good condition. Report requirements for repainting, component replacement, signage, and other components whose maintenance cannot be performed directly. Installation and Testing of Security Devices: Conduct periodic and functional tests of security devices included in the product. When required, install new security devices per specific instructions from the responsible department. Handling of Consumables and Components: As needed, request consumables and components from inventory; ensure their packaging and integrity; perform required replacements; return damaged components to inventory; guarantee accurate recording of receipt and return conditions. Activity Logging: Record entry and exit times as well as all work-related activities throughout the workday. Continuous Improvement: Contribute suggestions and ideas to improve processes and equipment comprising the company’s service portfolio, and identify potential business opportunities within your operational area. Asset Stewardship: Safeguard company assets entrusted to you, ensuring appropriate conservation and maintenance. Report any incidents that may result in loss or damage of such assets to responsible departments. Supervise third-party service execution to protect assets and ensure activity effectiveness and appropriateness. Training and Meetings: Attend company-provided training and capacity-building activities. Participate in team meetings. **Requirements and Qualifications:** * Education: Completed Technical Diploma in Information Technology, Electronics, Electrotechnics, Mechatronics, or equivalent fields * Training/Certifications: Desired experience in field technical maintenance services; Class B driver's license is mandatory * Knowledge: Test instruments, ticket management systems, computer networks * Competencies: Readiness, autonomy, initiative, resilience, analytical ability, and interpersonal skills.
