If you identify with our company, join VALGROUP—we’ll go much further together! **\#transformplasticwithus** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Install, perform preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment or systems at customer locations; * Diagnose and resolve technical problems, performing necessary adjustments and repairs; * Conduct tests and inspections on systems/equipment to ensure proper operation; * Guide and train customers on correct equipment or system usage; * Record all performed activities in reports or management systems, ensuring service traceability; * Meet company-established deadlines and targets, reporting any difficulties or obstacles; * Ensure all safety procedures are followed during service execution; * Act as the primary point of contact with the customer, maintaining clear and effective communication; * Support field activities under the supervision of a more experienced technician or coordinator; * Maintain organized inventory of spare parts and tools, ensuring they remain in suitable condition for use. **Requirements and Qualifications** Completed Technical Education; Experience in this role or a related position; Ability to identify and correct failures; Capacity to interpret technical diagrams and manuals for service execution; Willingness to travel **Additional Information** * Medical Plan * Dental Plan * Food Basket * Chartered Transportation to Cabreúva or Transport Allowance * Life Insurance * Profit Sharing Program (PPR) * Pharmacy Benefit Program With nearly half a century in the market, **Valgroup** has established itself as a reference in plastic production, processing, and recycling, with strategically located units across Brazil and worldwide.
