




**Responsibilities:** * Prospect, acquire, and retain clients by identifying opportunities and building long-term relationships; * Apply effective negotiation strategies with analytical market insight; * Manage and expand the client portfolio, including reactivation initiatives; * Understand and master the technical specifications of the platforms, recommending the most suitable solutions for each client profile; * Participate in events and commercial activities targeting our segment to strengthen brand presence; * Collaborate with the external sales team, monitoring the progress of opportunities and negotiations; * Report results to supervision, contributing to achieving and exceeding monthly targets. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education; * Proven experience in external sales; * Excellent verbal and written communication skills; * Ability to interact effectively with diverse profiles and hierarchical levels, demonstrating ethics, respect, and courtesy; * Proficiency in negotiation techniques and conflict management; * Proactive, organized, agile, and results-oriented profile; * Aptitude for working with targets and commercial processes; * Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software.
