So come get “aluminized” with us! **#JoinCBA** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Assist in preparing metallic charges (solid and liquid), equipment, and accessories for metal pouring, according to the product specified in the production schedule; * Assist in controlling and monitoring process variables in accordance with pre-established parameters; * Inspect equipment and assist in minor necessary repairs to ensure proper operation; * Load finished products using vehicles and mobile equipment such as overhead cranes and forklifts for transport; * Operate homogenization furnaces; * Cut finished products using saws, per specifications; * Prepare finished products for packaging (strapping with bands); * Record incidents and exchange information during shift handover. **Requirements and Qualifications** **MANDATORY:** * Completed high school education. **PREFERRED:** * Completed forklift operator training; * Completed overhead crane operator training. **Additional Information** At CBA, our focus on people is real—which is why we strive to support our employees at every stage!
