Develop scheduling plans aligned with the project and timeline requested by the analyst. Follow internal safety procedures. Provide technical information and details about performed services. Conduct periodic meetings to evaluate activities, ensuring quality and safety of procedures. Prepare and update documentation related to your department. Assess whether service orders are being executed correctly and, if necessary, recommend corrections or improvements. Manage workflow. Train new hires. Create and manage team schedules. Report to HR and administration if encountering issues beyond your authority to resolve. Evaluate employee performance and provide feedback. Propose, monitor, and implement strategies to improve operational planning performance.
