Development in PLC programming and field problem-solving. **São Paulo State** (Primary operational regions: Boituva, Sorocaba, Campinas, Piracicaba, Iperó, Suzano, Mogi das Cruzes, Jundiaí, and Atibaia) **Job Summary** The Electrical Installation Coordinator I will be responsible for coordinating teams of electricians and maintenance personnel within client facilities. The role involves receiving projects and materials, ensuring all stages of electrical installation are executed according to scope, technical standards, and established timelines. Responsibilities include team leadership, field activity monitoring, and ensuring safety, quality, and functionality of installations. Practical knowledge of electrical systems and PLC programming is essential, along with solid experience in managing operational teams. **Key Responsibilities** * Receive projects and materials, ensuring they are complete and suitable for execution. * Coordinate and supervise installation teams (electricians, technicians, and maintenance personnel) at client sites. * Serve as the direct interface with clients, aligning schedules, priorities, and any scope adjustments. * Ensure electrical installations comply with technical standards, engineering guidelines, and quality requirements. * Monitor activity progress, ensuring adherence to deadlines and defined milestones. * Verify correct application of safety procedures and use of PPE. * Validate installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems. * Perform basic Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) programming when required. * Lead work teams by guiding, assigning tasks, and monitoring performance. * Record and report installation progress to internal managers and stakeholders. * Resolve technical issues in the field, ensuring continuity of operations. **Technical Requirements** * Technical education in Electrical Engineering, Electrotechnology, Mechatronics, or related fields (engineering degree is a plus). * Proven experience coordinating electrical installation or maintenance teams. * Solid knowledge of industrial electrical systems. * PLC programming knowledge (basic to intermediate level). * Experience reading and interpreting electrical and mechanical drawings. * Familiarity with electrical system commissioning and testing. * Valid driver's license and willingness to travel across operational regions. **Behavioral Competencies** * Leadership and management of operational teams. * Strong communication and client relationship skills. * Organization, discipline, and sense of responsibility. * Ability to solve technical problems in the field. * Proactivity and technical mindset. * Collaborative work ethic and results orientation. **Preferred Qualifications** * Prior experience as Team Leader Electrician, Foreman, or Installation Team Coordinator. * Previous experience in medium- and large-scale industrial environments. * Knowledge of NR-12 and other machine safety regulations. * Experience in the aforementioned operational regions.
