




Job Summary: The caretaker is responsible for maintaining the proper functioning, conservation, and order of a condominium's common areas, serving as the liaison between residents and services. Mediate between residents, staff, and service providers. The caretaker is responsible for ensuring the proper functioning, conservation, and order of the condominium's common areas. Acting as an intermediary among residents, staff, and service providers, the caretaker ensures compliance with internal regulations. Key responsibilities include supervising maintenance, cleaning, and security services; monitoring appropriate use of common areas; assisting in managing outsourced teams (e.g., concierge, cleaning, and gardening); controlling daily-use materials and equipment; and courteously and proactively attending to residents’ inquiries or forwarding requests to management. It is important to note that the caretaker works for an outsourced company. The caretaker plays a fundamental role in the condominium’s daily operations, promoting organization, safety, and well\-being for all residents.
