We are hiring \*Junior Kitchen Assistant\* to join our \*Food and Beverage\* team. \*Work Location:\* Animalia Park (Cotia/SP) \*➡️ Department:\* Food \& Beverage \*Job Objective:\* Assist in food preparation, kitchen organization, and compliance with hygiene and food safety standards, ensuring high-quality meal production aligned with Animalia Park’s excellence standards. \*Key Responsibilities:\* * Perform food sanitation and support pre-preparation of meals; * Organize utensils, equipment, and cold storage rooms; * Assist in receiving goods and separating ingredients (per technical specifications); * Maintain kitchen cleanliness, hygiene, and organization; * Assist in monitoring ingredient expiration dates and support inventory activities; * Maintain equipment, minimize waste, and support chefs in daily production; * Strictly comply with Sanitary Surveillance regulations and use mandatory PPE. * ️ \*Requirements and Qualifications:\* \*Education:\* Completed Elementary School; \*Experience:\* Prior experience in industrial kitchens or restaurants is considered an advantage. \*Competencies We Seek:\* * Organization, agility, and attention to detail; * Team spirit, commitment, and proactivity; * Focus on hygiene, food safety, and operational cleanliness.
