Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Quality Analyst to ensure excellence and compliance with standards, with a focus on continuous improvement of processes and products. Key Highlights: 1. Interaction with external certification bodies (ISO9001, ECOVADIS) We are looking for a dedicated and experienced professional to join our client’s team as a Quality Analyst. This is a critical role requiring attention to detail, commitment to excellence, and a results-oriented mindset. This position is ideal for someone who seeks to contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and products while ensuring the highest quality and compliance with established standards. **Main Responsibilities:** Responsible for the Integrated Management System; Document management: * Assisting in the preparation and review of departmental and IMS documents; * Controlling IMS records; * Monitoring departmental document control; * Storing and preserving old notebooks; * Storing and preserving electronic documents in designated folders (e.g., vacations, shift schedules, KPIs, meeting minutes, etc). IMS training management: * Quality training; e.g., production document training for operators and assistants (procedures, ITs, forms, etc); * Controlling internal and external training (schedule, monitoring); * Managing the internal audit schedule; * Internal auditor training. Conducting internal audits (per issued schedule); \- Managing actions arising from non-conformances or improvements \- PDCA (non-conformances and improvements); * Tracking action execution, including description, responsible person, deadline, and effectiveness verification; Performance indicator management: * Collecting indicators from department leaders for consolidation into the indicator spreadsheet; * Communicating results during monthly leadership meetings; * Defining the monthly Quality meeting schedule. Completing supplier and customer NC reports (RNCs) and communicating them to relevant parties. Interacting with current external certification bodies (ISO9001, ECOVADIS) and future ones (ISO14001, ISO45001, etc).
