Job Summary: A professional responsible for managing and organizing documents using addressing systems while ensuring archive integrity, as well as conducting external pickups and deliveries with clients. Key Highlights: 1. Document management and organization using systems. 2. Conducting external pickups and deliveries with clients. 3. Archive maintenance and space optimization. **Main Responsibilities** **1\. Storage Intelligence (System and Addressing):** * Manually sort collected documents to prepare them for storage. * **Query the system** for logistical addresses (boxes, shelves, aisles) to correctly allocate each item. * Ensure the physical location of a document matches exactly the location recorded in the system. **2\. Archive Maintenance:** * Perform physical storage at locations indicated by the system. * Carry out "picking" (selection) of requested documents for future deliveries. * Organize the file layout to optimize space and movement efficiency. **3\. External Operations (Pickup and Delivery):** * Make occasional visits to clients for document pickup. * Deliver documents with formal receipt, ensuring the correct recipient receives and signs the proof of delivery. * Represent the company before clients, maintaining courtesy and care for transported materials. **Requirements and Qualifications** * **Education:** Completed high school. * **System Skills:** Proficiency in using computers and search/register systems. * **Behavioral Profile:** * **Organization and Discipline:** Strictly follow addressing rules (do not store outside designated locations). * **Preferred:** Prior experience as a messenger, file assistant, or warehouse assistant. * **Responsibility:** Extra caution when transporting clients' documents on public streets. * **Good Communication:** Clarity when interacting with clients during pickups and deliveries. **Additional Requirements (Define as needed)** * Possession of a driver's license (Category B or equivalent) and urban driving experience.
