Guidance on best practices for security and technology usage. A consulting, recruitment, and selection firm is seeking an IT Support Analyst in Salto (Downtown). In 2010, in the charming city of Pouso Alegre and also in Santa Rita do Sapucaí—both located in southern Minas Gerais—the AVDA Group was founded, today a reference in strategic people and business management. The mission is clear: to find the right person for the right position, positively impacting companies across diverse sectors. **Responsibilities:** Provide technical support to office employees. Configure, install, and maintain computers and laptops. Support network, internet, printer, and other equipment operations. Administer users, passwords, access rights, and permissions within internal systems. Support the use of platforms such as ADVBOX, LeaderHub, Calendly, and AI tools. Organize equipment, technology inventory, and backup routines. Identify and resolve daily technical issues. Create simple automations using tools like Zapier, Make, APIs, and Artificial Intelligence. Support integration and improvement of office-used systems. Guide users on best practices for security and technological resource usage. Previous experience as an IT Support Specialist, IT Support Technician, IT Support Consultant, or IT Support Coordinator may indicate alignment with some responsibilities of this role.
