JOB: General Services LOCATION: Sorocaba/SP EMPLOYMENT TYPE: CLT (Permanent Employment) BENEFITS: Meal allowance and fuel assistance WORK HOURS: Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: * Basic electrical maintenance: replacing light bulbs, outlets, switches, and installing lighting fixtures. * Hydraulic maintenance: simple unclogging, replacing faucets, traps, and repairing minor leaks. * Assembly and installation: assembling furniture, installing shelves, TV mounts, picture frames, clotheslines, and curtains. * Minor repairs: adjusting doors and windows, locks, applying silicone, and repairing wall holes. * Basic painting: touch-ups and small interior areas. * External services: replacing loose roof tiles, minor sidewalk repairs, simple external area maintenance, brush cutting, and land clearing. REQUIREMENTS: Must possess a valid driver's license and personal vehicle, as travel between multiple addresses is required to perform services.
