




Job Summary: Kitchen Assistant who supports food pre-preparation, preparation, and meal distribution, ensuring workplace hygiene and organization. Key Highlights: 1. Proactive and collaborative profile **Main Responsibilities:** * Assist in food pre\-preparation (washing, cutting, portioning, and organizing); * Support simple meal preparation as directed by the cook or nutritionist; * Perform cleaning of utensils, equipment, and kitchen areas; * Assist in organizing inventory, cold rooms, and pantries; * Support receiving and checking supplies; * Correctly follow food handling good practices procedures; * Use PPEs and comply with safety and hygiene standards; * Support meal distribution when necessary; * Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. **Requirements and Desired Profile:** * Completed elementary education (preferred); * Previous experience in industrial kitchens or restaurants; * Willingness to learn and follow instructions; * Proactive, collaborative, and committed profile; * Ability to work well in a team; * Attention to hygiene, organization, and safety. **Preferred Qualification:** * Basic knowledge of food handling good practices.
