Opportunity for professional growth **A large-scale cosmetics manufacturer located in Sorocaba/SP, near the Technology Park, is seeking a candidate with proven experience.** **Responsibilities:** Plan, control, and monitor the supply chain, ensuring alignment among demand, production, inventory, and logistics. Perform material and input planning to ensure adequate production supply. Monitor inventory levels to prevent stockouts or overstocking. Analyze performance indicators (e.g., OTIF, service level, inventory turnover, coverage), proposing continuous improvements. Act as an interface between procurement, production planning and control (PCP), production, logistics, and suppliers to ensure smooth operations. Track purchase orders and delivery timelines to ensure adherence to schedules. Support implementation of process improvements, cost reduction, and increased operational efficiency. Prepare strategic reports and analyses to support decision-making. **Requirements:** Bachelor’s degree in related fields (e.g., Business Administration, Logistics, Engineering, or similar). Minimum 3 years of experience in Supply Chain. Proficiency in Excel (intermediate/advanced level) and ERP systems. Experience in cosmetics, sanitation, chemical, food, pharmaceutical, or related industries is desirable.
