**Senior Controller Analyst** ================================ Wyda \| Sorocaba \- SP \| On-site Job Description Work in the Cost and Controlling area, responsible for implementing and structuring cost processes. This position plays a strategic role in supporting decision-making, ensuring the accuracy of financial information and strengthening internal controls. In addition to cost-related responsibilities, the professional will also manage Accounts Payable and Receivable processes, ensuring operational efficiency and financial compliance. Responsibilities and Duties * Implement cost structures, ensuring adherence to corporate policies; * Perform monthly cost closing, including expense analysis, cost allocations, absorption of fixed costs, and validation of information; * Calculate, analyze, and monitor average, managerial, and standard costs; * Conduct real-cost vs. standard-cost analyses, identify variances, and propose action plans; * Develop cost calculations for new products, supporting product launches and portfolio reviews; * Prepare managerial reports and analyses on margin, profitability, and financial performance; * Act extensively in financial planning and budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and economic feasibility studies (ROI, Payback, CAPEX); * Support pricing decisions and profitability analyses for products and projects; * Monitor and support inventory and stocktaking management; * Supervise Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes; * Ensure correct SAP usage and configuration in cost and controlling processes; * Collaborate closely with Production, Procurement, and PCP departments; * Contribute to continuous improvement of processes, internal controls, and closing routines. Requirements and Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or related fields; * Solid experience in industrial costing and controlling; * Experience with monthly cost closing; * Experience with FP\&A (Financial Planning, Budgeting, and Forecasting); * Knowledge of average, standard, and managerial costing methods; * Experience in investment analysis (ROI, Payback, CAPEX); * Practical knowledge and experience with SAP; * Advanced English (required for interaction with U.S. operations); * Advanced Excel and PowerPoint. Desirable Qualifications * Postgraduate degree or specialization in Costing or Controlling; * Knowledge of Power BI or other BI tools.
