Responsibility and commitment to the team. **Job Objective** Perform cleaning and maintenance services for the company's common, administrative, and operational areas, ensuring hygiene, organization, and the well-being of employees and visitors. **Main Responsibilities** * Clean and maintain offices, restrooms, locker rooms, common areas, and support areas at construction sites. * Properly collect and dispose of waste, complying with environmental and safety regulations. * Restock hygiene and cleaning supplies in designated areas. * Maintain the organization and preservation of environments under your responsibility. * Operate equipment and use cleaning products appropriately and safely. * Comply with applicable health, safety, and environmental regulations. * Support occasional requests for organizing spaces during internal events. **Required Education** * Incomplete or completed elementary education. **Required Experience and Knowledge** * Prior experience in cleaning activities (preferred). * Basic knowledge of cleaning products and their applications. * Basic understanding of safety practices when handling cleaning materials. **Technical Skills** * Use of cleaning equipment and products. * Organization and planning of tasks. * Attention to detail and diligence regarding environmental hygiene. **Behavioral Competencies** * Responsibility and commitment. * Punctuality and discipline. * Ability to work in a team. * Proactivity and willingness. * Discretion and respect for the confidentiality of environments. **Benefits** Dental care (Porto Seguro), Medical care (Unimed), Life insurance, Transportation allowance (6% payroll deduction), Breakfast at the company, Lunch at the company, Basic Food Basket Incentive Program, Hygiene and cleaning supplies, Birthday voucher (Sodie cake) Employment type: Full-time, CLT permanent contract Compensation: Starting from R$2\.327,84 per month Benefits: * Medical care * Dental care * Basic food basket * Life insurance * Transportation allowance Selection question(s): * Do you have experience with factory cleaning? * Briefly describe your experience in industrial cleaning.
