Ricoh Brazil is seeking a **Production Supervisor** to work directly at our client **Toyota**, ensuring process efficiency, strong client relationships, and high-quality service delivery. ### **Job Mission** Supervise services, manage resources, and lead people to ensure efficiency, productivity, and contractual SLA compliance. **Key Responsibilities:** **Performance Indicator Management** * Open, track, and monitor technical service tickets; * Ensure SLA compliance by supervising corrective and preventive maintenance; * Prepare the quality handbook; * Monitor machine movements and related documentation. **Supply Management** * Manage supply orders and inventory; * Monitor consumption, costs, and coverage area; * Request supplies according to demand, ensuring availability. **People and Resource Management** * Supervise and guide employees at client sites; * Conduct operational meetings; * Participate in team recruitment, development, and performance evaluation; * Supervise technical activities and ensure alignment with contractual objectives. **Client Relationship Management** * Attend operational meetings; * Serve as the liaison between the client and Ricoh’s internal departments; * Identify opportunities for improvement, optimization, and new business. ️ **Copy Center Management** * Ensure quality of printing and finishing services; * Monitor requests, losses, and productivity to optimize operational workflow. ### **Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree completed; * Experience in technology and logistics; * Experience managing teams; * Experience in customer service, IT outsourcing, or print services (preferred). ### **Ready to Join This Journey?** Send us your resume and make a difference with Ricoh Brazil within one of the largest players in the automotive market!
