Logistics Operations Supervisor

Description

Job Summary: Responsible for coordinating teams, optimizing processes, monitoring operational performance, and ensuring compliance with regulations in a logistics environment. Key Highlights: 1. Team coordination and process optimization (Kaizen, 5S) 2. KPI monitoring and resolution of operational issues 3. Promotion of safety, quality, and environmental initiatives **Responsibilities:** * Conduct daily team meetings and oversee operations * Ensure compliance with regulations, procedures, and internal policies * Develop and implement process improvements (Kaizen, 5S, layout) * Coordinate, train, and motivate the team * Plan daily and weekly departmental activities * Monitor KPIs, costs, absenteeism, and operational performance * Serve customers and participate in alignment meetings * Identify and resolve operational issues * Control materials, requisitions, and process/layout changes * Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and operational documents * Promote safety, quality, and environmental initiatives (Hiyari Hatto) * Report results, pending items, and improvement opportunities to leadership **Mandatory Requirements:** * Completed undergraduate degree in Logistics or related fields * Brazilian driver's license category B * Relevant work experience in the role * Intermediate Microsoft Office proficiency (Excel and Outlook) * Basic English proficiency * Forklift Operator certification **Desirable Requirements:** * Greater experience in the field (2 years internally / 3 years in the role) * Knowledge of WMS systems * Intermediate English proficiency **Differentiators:** * Experience with continuous improvement methodologies (Kaizen, 5S) * Experience in logistics/industrial environments * Knowledge of indicator and process management **Benefits:** * Health Insurance: Unimed National Plan — R$38.50 monthly deduction for family coverage * Pharmacy Benefit: Golden Farma — up to 20% of salary * Dental Insurance: Odontoprev — 100% employee-paid — R$28.07 monthly * Life Insurance: 100% company-paid * Meal Allowance: R$150.00 * Wellhub — Discount based on selected plan * Wellz — 100% company-paid * Commuter Bus Service Compensation: R$1.775,13 — R$4.000,00 per month Work Location: On-site
