We seek a professional to prepare technical and commercial budgets based on architectural projects for exhibition stands, scenography, and temporary environments, ensuring cost accuracy, technical feasibility, and adherence to project timelines and scopes.
**Main Responsibilities**
· Prepare detailed budgets based on architectural, 3D, and execution drawings
· Conduct quantitative takeoffs of materials, supplies, and services (carpentry, metalwork, visual communication, electrical, lighting, assembly, logistics, etc.)
· Interpret floor plans, sections, elevations, details, and descriptive specifications
· Request, analyze, and negotiate quotations with suppliers and partners
· Analyze the technical and economic feasibility of projects
· Support creative, production, and sales departments with cost information and alternative solutions
· Ensure compliance with technical standards, exhibition hall regulations, and event organizers' rules
· Update cost spreadsheets, cost compositions, and price databases
· Support budget revisions according to project or scope adjustments
**Requirements**
· Proven experience in budgeting for exhibition stands, scenography, events, or temporary construction
· Ability to read and interpret architectural and scenographic drawings
· Knowledge of materials and processes:
o Carpentry (MDF, finishes, painting)
o Metalwork and structures

𝑜 Electrical, lighting, and audiovisual systems
𝑜 Logistics, assembly, and disassembly
· Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets
· Organizational skills, attention to detail, and time management
· Strong communication skills with internal teams and suppliers
**Preferred Qualifications**
· Knowledge of SketchUp, AutoCAD, Promob, or Revit
· Experience with trade fairs and events (exhibition halls, technical regulations, ART/RRT)
· Experience negotiating with suppliers
· Knowledge of cost engineering or planning
· Experience with large-scale trade fairs, congresses, and corporate events
