**Responsibilities and Duties:**
* Assist maintenance technicians in ensuring flawless operation of technology systems, including electrical (low and high voltage: 23.1 kV), mechanical, hydraulic, and civil components.
* Ensure cleaning and preservation of all underground areas, such as all rooms, Generator, Compressor, Switchgear Cabinet, Inverter, Filtration System, Mechanical & Wind Tunnel.
* Manage relationships with suppliers of electrical and hydraulic materials and chemical products, as well as third-party service providers. Perform daily measurements of pool pH and chlorine levels, routine inspections of protection relays, equipment inspections, temperature and consumption measurements, and switching operations on low- and high-voltage systems (23.1 kV).
* Ensure daily filtration operation according to established procedures.
* Ensure weekly cleaning of air conditioning filters, inverters, harmonic filters, and QGBTs. Maintain dryness and cleanliness of the electrical room, and prevent flooding in the filtration room.
* Ensure weekly replenishment of chemical products and diesel, along with quality control and storage management.
* Operate the artesian well to maintain the correct water level in the pool.
* Perform filtration and cleaning of suction boxes and backwash procedures to keep pool water clean on a daily basis.
* Manage inventory of all maintenance equipment and materials.
* Directly handle chemical treatment and dosing in the pool.
* Ensure maintenance assistants complete assigned tasks and continue their professional development.
**Requirements and Qualifications**
* Prior experience in building maintenance or as a maintenance assistant.
* Basic knowledge of hydraulics, simple repairs, and use of hand tools.
* Experience in pool treatment, pump operation, and handling of chemical products.
* General maintenance awareness (e.g., bulb replacement, simple door adjustments, minor repairs).
* Ability to follow routines, work in teams, and act preventively.
Employment Type: Full-time, CLT Permanent Contract
Compensation: R$1.900,00 – R$2.000,00 per month
