Establish the most effective landscaping processes to achieve excellence in results, optimizing resources and costs, through analysis and definition of sectors, processes, products, equipment, and trained teams. Develop and sustain a high-performance team by fostering a pleasant work environment and continuous improvement, via a structured plan for development, training, and retraining. Actively manage landscaping department costs, identifying savings opportunities through process improvements, technology adoption, productivity gains, etc., while consistently ensuring final product quality—the distinctive hallmark of Iguatemi’s gardens. Guarantee service delivery quality from contracted companies through SLAs, adherence to contractual schedules, control of mandatory documentation, and maintaining relationships with third-party providers for course corrections, report generation, etc. Ensure implementation of all risk mitigation processes through application of internal and external standards and formal controls, always prioritizing people’s safety, environmental protection, asset security, and project integrity. **OBSERVATIONS** --------------- Work Location: Iguatemi Esplanada / Sorocaba Professora Izoraida Marques Peres, 401 – Parque Campolim – Sorocaba/SP
