Human Resources Consulting is seeking a Cost Analyst in Itu. **Responsibilities:** Identify and classify direct, indirect, fixed, and variable production and non-production costs. Interpret financial data, variances, and trends to support decision-making. Apply pricing methodology, monitor and control budgets, analyze variances, and implement corrective actions. Define and analyze KPIs related to costs and operational performance. Conduct inventory counts, stock valuation, and related cost control activities.
