An Engineering professional with a postgraduate degree in Occupational Safety, responsible for managing and coordinating safety activities, training programs, and accident control.

Description:
* Knowledge of the Ministry of Labor regulations;
* Intermediate/Advanced Microsoft Office suite;
* Completed undergraduate degree in Engineering;
* Completed or currently pursuing a postgraduate degree in Occupational Safety Engineering or completed Technical Course in Occupational Safety;
* Availability to work on-site in Cabreúva/SP.
* Organization and monitoring of CIPA activities;
* Development and revision of operational procedures (CD 504\);
* Planning and conducting training sessions and meetings;
* Control and recording of mandatory and supplementary training;
* Issuance of training participation certificates;
* Management of the Accident Action Plan;
* Updating and monitoring of the accident dashboard;
* Control of fire extinguisher recharging and hose testing;
* Planning and execution of SIPATMA;
* Management of Near-Miss Reports (RQA);
* Technical validation of heavy machinery, including supervision of testing;
* Conducting Welcome Integration sessions for new employees;
* Approval and dissemination of Daily Safety Dialogues (DDS);
* Development and updating of checklists via Microsoft Forms;
* Guidance and training of apprentices;
* Participation in monthly SESMT meetings;
* Coordination of Occupational Gymnastics activities;
* Organization and control of safety-related documents and files;
* Providing guidance on mandatory use of PPE and Golden Rules;
* Analysis and management of occupational risks;
* Development and dissemination of internal bulletins for the team;
* Updating SESMT notice boards;
* Managing accident investigations, issuing CAT (Work Accident Communication), and closing work-related accident cases;
* Updating the occupational accident pyramid;
* Validation of Preliminary Risk Analysis (PRA);
* Technical support to managers in safety analyses and guidance;
* Support for environmental department activities;
* Monitoring labor expert assessments and submission of relevant documentation;
* Job station analysis for persons with disabilities (PCD) and adaptation of compatible tasks.
