Responsibilities: Conduct recruitment and selection processes (job posting, resume screening, and interview scheduling). Manage employee onboarding, integration, and offboarding processes. Maintain and organize employee documentation and departmental files. Manage electronic timekeeping and employee benefits. Provide employee support regarding labor-related and internal inquiries. Support training and development initiatives. Contribute to compliance with internal policies and current labor legislation. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields. Prior experience in HR or Personnel Department. Basic knowledge of labor legislation. Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. Organizational skills, discretion, and strong interpersonal abilities.
