We are seeking an experienced cook to join our restaurant Zesty, located in Vila Independência (Mangal), Sorocaba \- SP. Our kitchen is original, rooted in Tex\-Mex cuisine, and we deeply value delicious, artisanally prepared food — from start to finish. :) Responsibilities for this position: * Safely prepare and cook food according to restaurant recipes, always prioritizing quality. * Maintain a clean and organized kitchen in compliance with regulations and best practices. * Monitor ingredient expiration dates and ensure proper storage. * Minimize food waste. Prerequisites: * Proven experience in restaurants or similar establishments. * Knowledge of culinary techniques. * Attention to detail and hygiene. * Flexible availability. * Teamwork orientation. Work schedule: \*\*Days off on Monday and Tuesday \+ one Sunday per month. Wednesday: 1:00 PM\-10:30 PM. Thursday: 2:00 PM\-10:30 PM. Friday: 12:00 PM\-11:00 PM. Saturday: 11:30 AM\-11:00 PM (1 hour 30 minutes break). Sunday: 7:00 AM\-3:30 PM. Employment type (CLT): 13th salary, paid vacation, on-site meals, inter-shift rest period, transportation allowance (VT). After six months of employment, we offer 50% subsidized health insurance and a career development plan in gastronomy.
