Job Summary: An HR professional responsible for managing talent attraction, development, organizational climate, and HR processes, acting as a promoter of organizational culture and employer branding. Key Highlights: 1. Strategic management of talent attraction and development 2. Promotion of organizational culture and employer branding 3. Implementation and monitoring of HR processes and policies * Ensure talent attraction, recruitment, and selection; * Conduct onboarding of new employees; * Monitor and implement organizational climate initiatives; * Serve as the interface between employees and leadership, providing guidance and actions regarding HR subsystems (recruitment and selection, training and development, compensation, and HR administration); * Plan and execute internal marketing and internal communication initiatives; * Implement and monitor HR-related processes, policies, and procedures; * Implement and monitor the performance evaluation program and individual development plans; * Identify training and development needs, proposing and executing actions to accelerate employee growth and development; * Participate in the strategic HR project, aligning HR strategy with business objectives; * Act as an ambassador of employer branding and organizational culture among employees and leadership; * Implement and monitor HR department KPIs; * Manage the occupational medicine and workplace safety consulting contract; * Support the HR administration analyst in all matters related to electronic timekeeping, payroll, and benefits; * Manage the legal consulting contract concerning labor relations; Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources, or related fields; * Prior experience in Human Resources, supporting leaders and employees broadly; * Knowledge of labor legislation; * Experience leading recruitment processes for positions across various hierarchical levels; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); * Valid driver's license.
