SCHEDULE: Monday to Thursday: 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM Friday: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM ✅ Responsibilities: Oversee and execute end-to-end recruitment processes (job posting on search engines, candidate screening, interviews, referral to managers, onboarding initiation). Oversee and conduct onboarding for new employees. Oversee and conduct internal recruitment. Monitor job openings, workforce expansion, etc. Collaborate closely with Training and Development. ✅ Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in related fields (Psychology is a plus). Relevant work experience in this role. Experience in an industrial environment. Proficiency in administering psychological and behavioral assessments.
