SuperFrio is seeking a dynamic, proactive, and experienced HR Analyst to join our team! Main Responsibilities: * Conduct onboarding for new employees, supporting their adaptation to company culture and processes; * Manage and monitor electronic time tracking; * Maintain up-to-date employee records and databases, ensuring confidentiality of information; * Administer benefits and provide payroll-related support; * Provide service and support to employees regarding HR-related matters; * Participate in implementing HR programs and policies, contributing to continuous process improvement; * Must have flexible availability.
