So come get ‘aluminized’ with us! **#JoinCBA** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Interpret logic of the SDCD supervisory system; * Perform repairs on medium-voltage circuit breakers; * Develop operational procedures for one’s area of responsibility; * Support supervision of maintenance activities for machinery, equipment, and facilities according to one’s specialty and skillset; * Monitor execution of activities in accordance with operational, safety, health, and environmental procedures, correctly using PPE and collective protective equipment (CPE) to achieve Zero Accidents; * Monitor proper selection and use of tools for maintenance tasks, taking responsibility for their preservation and organization; * Receive Maintenance Orders (MOs) to be executed and verify other complementary information to ensure timely equipment maintenance per operational standards; * Verify compliance with the daily maintenance schedule, checking for any obstacles preventing execution; * Report performed activities and time spent, recording relevant service information in the Maintenance Order and SAP; * Monitor organization and cleanliness of work areas, complying with waste disposal and selective waste collection procedures to keep the workplace consistently clean and organized; * Participate in internal or external development activities of interest to the company whenever assigned; * Identify defects or failures in machinery, equipment, and facilities, reporting such anomalies to the coordinator so appropriate measures may be taken to ensure proper operation and extend service life; * Analyze data obtained from periodic readings, informing the coordinator in case of any anomalies; * Identify needs for preventive actions or improvements related to equipment and facility conditions during sector-specific inspections; * Participate in Failure Analysis for equipment exhibiting anomalies identified as critical to Unit processes; * Participate in teams and programs aimed at continuous improvement of management and operational processes within one’s Unit; * Lead the team in one’s area of responsibility to ensure compliance with operational, safety, health, and environmental procedures, as well as Business Aluminum objectives and targets; * Monitor performance of service execution; * Negotiate with operations for equipment release; * Analyze possible root causes for rapid, effective resolution of detected anomalies, preventing recurrence; * Request unplanned materials in specific fields of the Maintenance Order; * Support planning for Maintenance Order execution by identifying personnel to perform tasks, considering each individual’s skills and experience; * Guide the team on Maintenance Order descriptions, providing technical support for their on-site execution, and participating in tasks when necessary to transfer knowledge to employees and support provisioning of unplanned resources to ensure maintenance; * Ensure prompt response to emergency/urgent maintenance; * Participate in quality and safety audits; * Control strategic materials (spare parts); * Conduct inspections and readings across all department sectors; * Perform SAP-related activities (e.g., time reporting, creation of notes, etc.); * Develop and maintain appropriate relationships with customers, suppliers, communities, and public and private agencies and entities to contribute to preserving the company’s institutional image; * Comply with all policies and procedures related to the organization’s Integrated Quality Policy and contribute to minimizing risks involving Safety, Environment, Quality, and Community in Unit operations; * Consistently practice company values aligned with corporate beliefs. **Requirements and Qualifications** **MANDATORY:** * Completed High School education; * Completed Technical Training in Electrical Engineering, Electroelectronics, or Automation. **Additional Information** At CBA, the focus on people is real—which is why we care about supporting our employees at every stage!
