We provide people management solutions for diverse organizations. **Responsibilities:** Assembling, formatting, and performing preventive and corrective maintenance on computers, notebooks, and peripherals. Installing and configuring operating systems (Windows, Server / AD, and Linux). Conducting hardware testing and diagnostics (memory, HDD/SSD, motherboards, power supplies, etc.). Updating firmware, drivers, and software. Providing technical support to internal teams and system implementation teams. Managing equipment and component entry/exit logs in the lab. Recording service requests and technical reports in the internal system. Previous experience in Technical Support, Support Analyst, Maintenance Technician, or IT Specialist roles may indicate suitability for some of the activities in this position. High school diploma required.
