Negotiation skills with internal and external customers Job Responsibilities: Actively participate in sales activities for equipment, plants, and systems. Prospect and develop new customers and business opportunities; conduct technical and commercial visits; read and interpret technical drawings and specifications; prepare, present, and defend technical and commercial proposals; follow up on proposals with customers; lead negotiations with internal and external customers; support customer service and relationship management; willingness to travel nationally and internationally. Experience and Qualifications: Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Automation, or Production Engineering. Advanced English proficiency (conversational level), with frequent participation in meetings with international teams. Strong oral and written communication skills. Proven experience in sales of custom-built capital goods. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially advanced Excel skills. Willingness to travel frequently (approximately 70% of the time). SAP knowledge is desirable. Valid driver’s license required.
