Description: * Completed technical education in Mechanical, Electromechanical, or related fields; * Advanced knowledge of MS Project and Office Suite; * Prior experience in managing major shutdowns. * Consolidate planning for major shutdown activities (kilns and mills), organizing the list of tasks to be performed (preventive maintenance plans, non-routine maintenance, improvements, inspections, and others); * Collaborate with execution teams to develop the shutdown organizational chart; * Consolidate work identified during selective and routine inspections that require equipment shutdowns, ensuring such work is incorporated into the scope of major shutdowns via properly planned work orders; * Develop the Master Shutdown Schedule using MS-Project and identify the critical path of the shutdown; * Monitor daily progress of the Master Shutdown Schedule (critical path) during activity execution; * Generate and manage physical progress curves (S-curves) for the shutdown to track schedule and cost performance. 2511290202181893818
