This Position reports to: Internal Logistics Supervisor **Job Mission** At ABB’s Electrification division in Sorocaba/SP, we seek a Warehouse Clerk to fulfill an essential role in controlling, organizing, and managing material flow—ensuring direct operational support. This position contributes to process efficiency and reliability, directly impacting departmental productivity. Join an innovative, technology-leading company. **Responsibilities** * Receive, inspect, and register materials and equipment, ensuring compliance with invoices and purchase orders. * Store and organize materials by subgroups, ensuring preservation and easy access. * Monitor incoming and outgoing materials, returns, and periodic inventories, maintaining up-to-date stock records. * Supply requested materials to production and construction sites promptly, without compromising execution deadlines. * Issue and record invoices in the system, and support return and billing processes. * Maintain warehouse organization and ensure adherence to access control and safety protocols. **Requirements** * Completed high school education; technical education (completed or in progress) in related fields is preferred. * Prior experience in warehousing, logistics, or similar roles. * Proficiency in Windows, Word, and Excel. * Strong organizational skills, focus, and time management ability. * Willingness to work on-site in Sorocaba/SP. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience with SAP system. * Experience in cyclic inventories and consigned material management. * Skills in dispatch processes and handling large-scale equipment. **What We Offer** * Collaborative and dynamic environment with room for innovation. * Opportunity for continuous development within a global company. * Interaction with diverse departments and strategic customers. **About ABB Electrification** ABB Electrification delivers products and solutions that make electrical power safer, smarter, and more sustainable.
