We are looking for a professional with leadership qualities, analytical vision, and a results-oriented mindset to serve as a Regional Store Supervisor. This person will be responsible for ensuring standardization, quality, and operational efficiency across units, promoting continuous improvement and team engagement.
**Main Responsibilities:**

Supervise and develop the work of store managers, ensuring operational process quality;
Conduct regular visits to Delta units, promoting alignment and integration;
Disseminate best practices among stores and ensure process standardization;
Evaluate product stocking, pricing, and quality;
Monitor performance indicators such as shrinkage and losses, proposing improvements to maintain acceptable standards;
Manage resources efficiently, reducing waste and optimizing operations;
Track sales targets and propose strategic actions to exceed them;
Present results and comparative analyses across units, defining strategies to correct deviations;
Foster a positive organizational climate, encouraging unity and team engagement.
**Requirements and Qualifications:**

Completed undergraduate degree;
Postgraduate degree or MBA in People Management preferred;
Experience in people management and team leadership;
Practical experience handling sausages and seasoned products;
Proficiency in calculations and indicator analysis;
Physical agility and quick reasoning;
Attendance, punctuality, and responsibility;
Strong communication skills, empathy, and interpersonal relationships;
Discipline, organization, and structured work methodology;
Interest in learning and developing talent;
Enthusiasm for working with people and teamwork spirit;
Ethical profile, commitment, and owner’s mindset;
Administration background with specialization (postgraduate or MBA) in People Management preferred;
Minimum five years’ prior experience in management or supervision roles within medium-to-large supermarkets;
Driver’s license category B;
Willingness to travel for work.
