Description

We are looking for a Store Manager with leadership qualities, proactive attitude, and results-oriented mindset to manage the team and store operations in the bedding, tableware, and bath segment. **Responsibilities:** * Manage, monitor, and develop the sales team; * Train, guide, and motivate the team to achieve targets; * Ensure excellence in customer service; * Supervise daily store routines, including cash register opening and closing; * Monitor performance indicators and implement improvements; * Ensure store organization and smooth operation. **Requirements:** * Retail sales experience; * Experience in team management and leadership; * Knowledge of store operations, cash register closing, and invoice issuance; * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree; * Driver's license category B. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Dynamic, organized profile with strong communication skills; * Results-oriented mindset and ability to work with targets.
