Description
We are seeking an Organizational Development (OD) Analyst to build the OD function from the ground up within a mid-sized company with strong growth potential. You will be responsible for establishing the foundational pillars of culture, performance, and succession—transforming HR practices into a competitive advantage. Your purpose: to lay the groundwork enabling the company to grow with engaged employees, well-prepared leaders, and a culture that sustains results.
**Daily Responsibilities and Duties**
**Organizational Culture**
* Conduct a diagnostic of the current culture (surveys, focus groups, analysis of artifacts)
* Design and implement programs to strengthen the desired culture
* Create rituals and communications that reinforce values and expected behaviors
* Act as the culture guardian, ensuring alignment between rhetoric and practice
* EVP (Employer Value Proposition)
* Structure the employee value proposition based on research with internal audiences
* Develop employer branding initiatives to attract and retain talent
* Align EVP communication across recruitment, onboarding, and internal marketing processes
**Performance Evaluation**
* Design and manage the full performance cycle (goals, evaluations, feedback)
* Implement performance evaluation tools and methodologies (OKRs, 360°, self-assessment)
* Train leaders to deliver consistent, career-directional feedback
* Analyze results to identify development gaps and opportunities
**Succession Planning**
* Map critical positions and identify internal successor candidates
* Structure leadership development pathways (IDPs, mentoring, job rotation)
* Monitor execution of plans and assess successors’ readiness
* Ensure succession planning is aligned with medium- and long-term strategic planning
**Engagement and Climate**
* Plan and implement climate and pulse surveys (eNPS, Pulse Surveys)
* Translate data into concrete, area-specific action plans
* Propose retention initiatives based on turnover and absenteeism metrics
* Track engagement trends and recommend continuous adjustments
**Technical and Behavioral Requirements**
**Mandatory**
* Proven experience in end-to-end implementation of OD processes—from design to execution
* Proficiency in performance evaluation, feedback, and succession methodologies
* Strong analytical capability to interpret People Analytics data (Power BI, Advanced Excel, HR Analytics)
* Strategic mindset to align OD practices with business objectives
* Clear communication and influence skills to engage leaders and teams
* Completed undergraduate degree in Psychology, Business Administration, HR, or related fields

**Desirable Differentiators**
* Postgraduate degree or MBA in People Management, OD, or Organizational Psychology
* Experience with People Analytics tools (Pulsar, Kenoby, Gympass, or similar)
* Certification in methodologies such as OKRs, DISC, Hogan Assessments, or 360° Feedback
* Experience in companies undergoing restructuring or rapid growth
* Knowledge of Agile HR methodologies
