




**JOB DETAILS** ----------------- Coordinate and supervise the recruitment and selection process for new employees, ensuring efficient filling of vacancies. Develop and implement employee training and development programs, aiming at continuous staff qualification. Ensure compliance with internal policies and current labor legislation, preventing and resolving labor conflicts. Plan and implement talent retention strategies and career development plans. Develop internal policies and procedures to standardize department operations and practices. Conduct performance evaluations, providing necessary feedback and support to employees and managers. Act as a mediator in cases of internal conflicts, ensuring fair and impartial resolution of issues. Coordinate internal communication initiatives, promoting employee engagement and organizational culture. Develop and implement employee wellness and occupational health programs. Participate in strategic meetings, providing HR insights to support management. Manage contracts with benefits and training providers. Coordinate onboarding programs for new employees. Perform periodic analyses and reports on human resources indicators. Organize internal events to promote employee integration and motivation. Create and maintain a talent pool for future recruitment opportunities. Identify training needs and develop specific content for the department. Implement organizational climate assessments and develop action plans based on results. ### **REQUIREMENTS** Availability for immediate start Bachelor's degree in Administration, Psychology, Human Resources or related fields. Experience in human resources management. Leadership and team development skills. Excellent verbal and written communication. Ability to resolve conflicts and make strategic decisions. Proficiency in Excel, Outlook, Office Suite and PowerPoint.
