




**JOB DETAILS** ----------------- We are looking for a committed professional with leadership skills and a people-focused approach to join our team as a Human Resources Coordinator. Responsibilities: Coordinate all HR subsystems (hiring, training, development, payroll, benefits, etc); Ensure compliance with labor obligations and internal company policies; Support managers and unit leaders in team development and conflict resolution; Propose improvements in people management processes; Monitor indicators such as employee engagement, absenteeism, turnover, among others. ### **REQUIREMENTS** Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business Administration, HR, or related fields; Previous experience in the role, preferably in retail or supermarkets; Strong communication, organizational, and team management skills; Postgraduate degree in People Management or related areas will be an advantage. Availability to work across different units/cities as required by the company. Own transportation required.
