So come get “aluminized” with us! **\#VemserCBA** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Operate equipment in the area, ensuring achievement of targets while adhering to technical procedures for quality and safety; * Use manual tools such as shovels, scrapers, spades, levers, tongs, and skimmers; * Perform cleaning, organization, and arrangement of the workplace, including painting, sweeping, identification, and signage (5S); * Operate and maintain equipment in the area of operation; * Follow operational procedures and process parameters for equipment; * Carry out minor structural repairs; * Perform tasks in confined spaces and classified areas, such as leak pits and cooling towers; * Operate overhead cranes and forklifts handling loads of varying weights and dimensions; * Clean furnace basements, equipment galleries, furnace rooms, and areas exposed to high temperatures; * Record incidents and exchange information during shift handovers. **Requirements and Qualifications** **MANDATORY:** * Completed elementary education. **PREFERRED:** * Experience using Personal Protective Equipment (PPE); * Knowledge of 5S tools (organization and cleaning) and industrial safety practices. **Additional Information:** * Work schedule: 6x2 rotating shift system with fixed hours; shifts assigned according to department scheduling; * Work location: Alumínio Unit – SP. **Additional Information** At CBA, our focus on people is real—thus, we strive to support our employees at every stage!
