Job Summary: We are seeking a Technical Multifunctional Operator to work in the chrome plating department, with a focus on attention to detail, process control, and operational responsibility. Support machine setters and technical activities **Technical Multifunctional Operator – Chrome Plating** We are looking for a technically oriented professional to join our chrome plating department, performing operational tasks with a higher level of responsibility, attention to detail, and process control. **Main Responsibilities:** * Operate machines and equipment, performing basic adjustments and monitoring production process performance * Conduct visual inspections and dimensional control of parts to ensure compliance with technical specifications * Package products according to established standards * Identify, weigh, and record produced components according to process procedures * Handle material movement, machine feeding, and production flow organization * Change measurement tools and support machine setup when required * Complete production records and controls, including the Process Inspection Sheet (FIP) * Support machine setters and other technical activities within the department * Comply with quality, safety, and environmental standards (SIGQ) * Maintain department organization and cleanliness **Requirements:** * Industrial experience, preferably operating machinery * Technical profile with attention to detail and focus on quality * Knowledge of measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers) is a plus * Familiarity with dimensional control and technical drawing interpretation is a plus * Commitment to safety and organizational standards * Flexibility regarding working hours **Benefits:** * Market-competitive salary * On-site meal allowance * Transportation allowance * Benefit programs (pharmacy, dental, supermarket, and medical) * Food basket Alelo Card * Life insurance * Profit-sharing program (PLR) * Professional growth and development plan Job Type: Temporary Contract Duration: 3 months Compensation: R$2\.439,80 \- R$2\.900,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Food basket * Profit sharing * Life insurance * Meal voucher Work Location: On-site
