Communication with clients and authorities in risk situations **Main Responsibilities:** * Monitor CCTV, alarm, and other electronic security equipment; * Identify and log incidents in proprietary system; * Alert responsible personnel, supervisors, or competent authorities in risk situations; * Contact clients to verify alarm activations; * Complete daily incident reports; * Assist in organizing and archiving images and records; * Maintain confidentiality of monitored information and images; * Comply with internal regulations, operational procedures, and applicable legislation.
