Senior Systems Analyst

Job Summary: The professional will analyze, develop, and implement automation and technology solutions, support systems operations, manage projects, and ensure data security. Key Highlights: 1. Analyze and automate processes for continuous improvement 2. Implement new systems and ensure data integration 3. Resolve incidents in corporate systems and tools **Solutions and Automations** * **Analyze processes and identify opportunities for automation and improvement** * Develop process automations (RPA, integrations, scripts \- N8N, Apps Script, etc.) * Design and implement technological solutions for business areas * Gather requirements from requesting departments before initiating development * Document developed solutions and create user manuals **Systems Support** * **Resolve incidents and issues in corporate systems and tools** * Proactively monitor critical systems and take preventive action in risk situations * Escalate to vendors or higher-level support when necessary, managing the process to resolution * Maintain up-to-date technical documentation (architecture, credentials, integration flows) **Projects and Implementations** * **Participate in the implementation of new systems and tools** * Perform platform integrations and ensure data flow consistency * Support user transition and training on new tools * Participate in testing and acceptance activities before deploying solutions to production **Data Management and Security** * **Ensure information security best practices in developed solutions (access control, credential protection)** * Perform backups and recovery procedures where applicable * Ensure data quality and integrity across integrated systems **Relationship and Communication** * **Translate business needs into feasible technical solutions** * Report project status and critical incidents to leadership **Requirements / Desired Competencies** * **Degree in IT, Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields** * Experience with process automation and system integration (APIs, webhooks) * Knowledge of databases (basic/intermediate SQL) * Proficiency in programming languages (Python, JavaScript) * Experience with low-code/no-code tools (N8N, Make, etc.) is a plus * Analytical ability to map processes and propose solutions * Strong communication skills to interact effectively with non-technical departments Compensation: R$3\.500,00 \- R$5\.000,00 per month Work Location: On-site
