




**Job Objective:** Ensure efficient planning, control, and execution of installation and maintenance scheduling, guaranteeing compliance with deadlines, SLAs, and service quality, acting as the liaison between customers, field technicians, and supervision, providing operational support to the external team. **Main Responsibilities:** Scheduling and route planning, field operations monitoring, support to field technicians, support to field supervisors, organization and processes, among other activities relevant to the role. **Technical Requirements:** Experience in scheduling Basic knowledge of: Fiber-optic internet services; Installation and maintenance routines; Work order (OS), CRM or ERP systems Strong written and verbal communication skills Organization and management of multiple tasks **Behavioral Competencies:** Organization and sense of priority Clear and objective communication Agility and decision-making ability Ability to work under pressure Teamwork Analytical and problem-solving profile
