




**JOB OPENING – Marketing & CRM Analyst** **Platina Fire Extinguishers | Votorantim – SP | On-site** Platina Fire Extinguishers is expanding its structure and seeking a **Marketing & CRM Analyst** to lead strategic initiatives in **lead generation**, **nurturing the existing customer base**, and **managing commercial performance metrics**. The professional will be responsible for organizing processes, standardizing communications, and building a results-oriented marketing ecosystem. **Important:** Platina works with a **partner agency for design, creative asset development, and creative support**. This role focuses on **strategy, content, CRM, and management of the commercial journey**, not graphic design. **Primary Role Objectives** * **Generate qualified demand (lead generation)** for the sales team. * **Activate and nurture the existing customer base**, ensuring continuous engagement and recurring opportunities. * **Structure, measure, and analyze costs, metrics, and outcomes** across all lead generation and relationship management activities. * Build a system where *no lead or customer is lost, ignored, or forgotten*. **Responsibilities** **Branding and Institutional Communication** * Standardize verbal identity and guide consistency of visual identity. * Produce institutional, technical, and commercial copy. * Develop briefs and editorial guidelines for the partner agency. * Ensure coherence across communications, social media, marketing materials, and proposals. **Lead Generation & Demand Strategy** * Plan campaigns and initiatives to generate qualified leads (in collaboration with the agency for digital execution). * Monitor cost per lead, opportunity quality, and channel-level performance. * Structure lead-generation processes via website, WhatsApp, forms, email, social media, and active prospecting. * Continuously improve commercial funnel conversion rates. * **CRM, Sales Processes, and Information Governance** * Map, document, and implement the sales process under sales leadership supervision. * Ensure the CRM/ERP accurately records lead source, sales funnel stage, follow-up actions, and reasons for loss. * Create dashboards and reports on volume, quality, conversion, and acquisition cost. * Monitor team adherence to established routines and standards. **Demarketing & Customer Base Nurturing** * Develop relationship workflows for active customers, inactive customers, and prospects. * Create email, WhatsApp, and strategic automation campaigns. * Segment communications by customer profile (industrial, commercial, condominium, etc.). * Structure regional and account-based prospecting routines. **Strategic Content & Editorial Planning** * Create content calendars focused on lead generation and technical authority. * Produce copy and concepts for the agency to finalize visually. * Align key messages with the Platina Group’s positioning. **Metrics, Costs, and Analytics** * Track and interpret results of digital campaigns run by the agency (e.g., Google Ads). * Consolidate marketing and sales KPIs: volume, conversion rate, cost per lead, ROI. * Deliver executive reports with insights and strategic recommendations. **Requirements** * Excellent written communication skills. * Knowledge of CRM, sales funnels, and sales processes. * Analytical ability and proficiency in spreadsheets. * Familiarity with digital marketing and customer relationship management. * Strong organizational and disciplinary skills. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in B2B marketing or the industrial sector. * Hands-on experience with CRM/ERP systems. * Experience with marketing automation, remarketing, or lead nurturing. **Conditions** **Location:** Votorantim – SP **Work Model:** On-site **Working Hours:** Monday–Thursday 7:00 AM–5:00 PM; Friday 7:00 AM–4:00 PM.
