Join us as we continue delighting our customers and communities.* Apply today! **Job Description*** Perform maintenance, updates, and installation of hardware/software used on the company’s microcomputers. * Carry out other routine tasks related to technical support for information technology resources. * Provide on-site and remote support to administrative departments and branches. * Perform corrective and preventive maintenance, equipment relocation. **Working Hours*** Monday to Thursday: 08:00–12:00 and 13:00–18:00; Fridays: 08:00–12:00 and 13:00–17:00 **Prerequisites*** Must be over 18 years of age. * Valid Brazilian driver’s license (Category B), availability for travel. * Technical qualification in Information Technology or Electronics; a bachelor’s degree in related fields is desirable. * Knowledge of Windows operating systems and remote support.
