Install and configure Microsoft operating systems, Office suite (Microsoft and equivalents), corporate applications, management systems, financial and banking integration systems. Apply infrastructure activities in local area networks (cabling, connectorization). Apply Wi-Fi coverage activities (routers, repeaters, and related equipment). Execute workstation, printer, and network environment performance optimization procedures. Provide technical support to users and identify their needs.
