Responsible for organizing and cleaning the production area The stonemasonry production assistant supports the manufacturing of sinks, washbasins, and countertops made from marble, granite, and quartzite. Duties include handling and transporting heavy slabs, assisting with cutting and finishing (sanding/polishing), organizing the workspace, loading/unloading trucks, and maintaining general cleanliness. \[1, 2, 3]Main Responsibilities * **Material Handling:** Assist in the safe loading, unloading, and transportation of raw stone and finished pieces within the factory. \[1, 2] * **Support for Cutting and Finishing:** Assist stonemasons in operating manual tools for roughing and polishing (grinders and polishers), as well as cleaning edges. \[1, 2] * **Organization and Cleaning:** Maintain a clean production area by collecting waste, stone dust, and organizing offcuts for reuse. \[1, 2] * **Piece Sorting:** Assist in verifying dimensions and sorting completed projects for dispatch or installation.
