Customer focus and proficiency in conflict resolution WE ARE HIRING **Data Communication Technician** **Requirements** * Microsoft Office Suite * Experience with computer networks * Must reside in Itu or Salto * Currently pursuing a degree in Systems Analysis and Development, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related fields is a plus **Working Hours** Mon. to Fri. 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM with 1-hour lunch break \| Sat. 4 hours on rotating schedule. **Job Responsibilities** Provide technical support to customers via phone, WhatsApp, and e\-mail; send periodic reports; manage documents and spreadsheets **Skills** Strong communication skills, customer focus, clarity in verbal expression, proficiency in conflict resolution, organizational skills, and proactivity.
