Job Summary: We are seeking a Senior SAP BASIS Consultant with a consultative and dynamic profile to provide technical support and infrastructure governance for a critical migration project. For this highly strategic challenge, we seek a Senior SAP BASIS Consultant with a consultative, resilient, and dynamic profile. You will be the key player in providing technical support and infrastructure governance for a crucial migration project (from the legacy TOTVS Protheus ERP to SAP S/4HANA), operating under an ambitious 11-month timeline. Your role will ensure stability across a complex, integrated Latin American landscape—harmonizing the new Brazilian operations (Iperó/SP factory and São Paulo office) with the already productive Argentine operation, while maintaining constant alignment with global infrastructure teams and migration partners. **Main Responsibilities:** * Administer, monitor, and ensure performance of the SAP S/4HANA landscape and SAP HANA database throughout all project phases; * Rigorously manage transport governance (TMS / ChaRM), mitigating regression risks in the shared LATAM instance (with emphasis on peaceful coexistence alongside the already productive Argentine operation); * Actively support the Data Migration workstream in partnership with 4MDG, optimizing RFC connections, massive data loads, and monitoring database and application server performance; * Configure, update, and troubleshoot the SAP Fiori architecture (Launchpad, access profiles, OData connections, and gateway services); * Provide technical support and configuration for infrastructure tailored to the Brazilian localization, including SAP DRC (Document and Reporting Compliance) parameterization, NF-e/NFS-e messaging, and SPED integrations; * Perform System Copies, Client Copies, and apply SAP Notes and Support Packages in strict compliance with global information security and governance policies; * Plan and execute system tuning to support the critical operations of the Iperó/SP factory and the São Paulo administrative office; * Provide technical support for designing infrastructure to accommodate future adaptations of the Brazilian Tax Reform (CBS/IBS) within the SAP environment. **Requirements:** * Solid experience as a BASIS Consultant, with a proven track record in large-scale projects—preferably global rollouts or complex migrations of legacy ERPs (e.g., TOTVS Protheus) to SAP S/4HANA; Strong expertise in SAP HANA database administration and tuning, and SAP NetWeaver environments; Practical experience configuring and supporting SAP Fiori (Front-end, Back-end, and Fiori Cloud Connector); Experience in projects involving multiple integrated environments and transport management in multi-country scenarios (shared instances); Knowledge of Brazil-specific architecture (DRC/TDF configurations, fiscal messaging systems, and communication with government agencies); Proficiency in project methodologies, preferably SAP Activate; * Excellent communication skills and ability to negotiate and align technical decisions with global infrastructure teams and migration partners (e.g., 4MDG); * A resilient, autonomous profile with strong focus on high-impact deliverables and capacity to work under pressure within an ambitious 11-month schedule; * Advanced English proficiency to facilitate communication with the global team and the Argentine team (shared instance). **Preferred Qualifications:** * Official SAP BASIS and/or SAP HANA Technology Associate certifications; * Advanced Spanish proficiency desirable for seamless communication with the Argentine team (shared instance); * Experience in industrial or oil & gas sector projects; * Prior familiarity with data cleansing tools (e.g., 4MDG) and their connectivity with SAP S/4HANA; * Technical familiarity with infrastructure impacts and SAP Notes related to the new Brazilian Tax Reform. **Work Location:** Hybrid – Iperó/SP **Who Is Insi?** We are a consultancy specialized in digital evolution.
