Job Summary: On-site work at the factory, under supervision, supporting the structuring and organization of production processes, quality controls, and traceability in manufacturing. Experience in metallurgical/metal-mechanical industry **Engineering Assistant** Olhos D’Água – Mairinque/SP \| On-site \| CLT On-site work at the factory, under the supervision of a Mechanical Engineer, supporting the structuring and organization of production processes, quality controls, and traceability in the manufacturing of multidirectional scaffolding and metal shoring. **Main Responsibilities:** ✔ Assessment and diagnosis of existing controls ✔ Mapping of production processes (from receipt to dispatch) ✔ Development of SOPs and Work Instructions ✔ Organization and control of technical documentation ✔ Support in analyzing improvements and standardizing processes **Requirements:** ✔ Completed Technical Education (Quality, Mechanical, Metallurgy, Production, Metrology or related fields) ✔ Experience in metallurgical/metal-mechanical industry ✔ Practical experience with quality control and technical documentation ✔ Ability to read and interpret technical drawings ✔ Knowledge of measuring instruments and Microsoft Office Suite (Intermediate/Advanced Excel) **Benefits:** Medical plan, dental plan, life insurance, on-site meals, and breakfast.
